Quality Policy:
We at Bunting-eMagnets aim to provide exceptional value to our customers through a commitment to superior quality, continually improving and total customer satisfaction.

Quality System Overview:
Our quality system is documented on four levels

1. Quality Manual (system overview)
2. Operating Procedures (system components)
3. Work Instructions (written/flow chart)
4. Records (documentation of completed activities)

Quality System Audits:
The company undertakes a commitment to ensure a planned system of quality audits to cover all aspects of the quality system is adhered to.

Qualified audit personnel carry out the audits, except auditing their areas of responsibility. All audit results are documented and issued to senior management.
