The robust design of the Pot Magnet with Through Hole Mounting contains a ferrite or NdFeB ring magnet within a plated steel casing. A cap screw or bolt inserted into the boss can be used to fix the Pot Magnet with Through Hole Mounting in position. Because the magnet within this Pot Magnet with Through Hole Mounting is a ring magnet, the inner hole of the ring is the clearance hole for the screw or bolt head - we call this space a 'clearance hole in ring magnet for screw/bolt head' and give it its size as a diameter (the inner diameter of the ring magnet) plus a depth (the height of the magnet).

The Pot Magnet with Through Hole Mounting is ideal for use in heavy duty or industrial fixing applications as well as retrieval applications, having pull forces ranging from 8kg up to 68kg.
