The Separator Magnet Rods measure 10,000 Gauss on their surface. They are made from “Neo” (NdFeB) Rare Earth magnets assembled in repulsion. The magnets are encased in a food quality stainless steel casing that is welded sealed, cleaned and then polished. The ends of the Rods are tapped. This allows for either attachment to other Separator magnets or to make an assembly. Please contact e-Magnets UK if you require a Bespoke assembly to be produced.

The Separator Magnet Rods can be bought in sizes ranging from 50mm long up to 750mm long in 50mm increments. The rods are 25mm in diameter.

Ferrous contamination can be removed from free-flowing substances such as tea, coffee, sugar, animal feed, grains, powders, shredded plastics/paper/metals, etc.
