Quality Policy:
We at Bunting - eMagnets, aim to provide exceptional value to our customers, through a commitment to superior quality, continually improving and total customer satisfaction.

Quality System Overview:
Our quality system is documented on 4 levels

1. Quality Manual (system overview)
2. Operating Procedures (system components)
3. Work Instructions (written/flow chart)
4. Records (documentation of completed activities)

Quality System Audits:
The company undertakes a commitment to ensure a planned system of quality audits, to cover all aspects of the quality system is adhered too.

Qualified audit personnel carry out the audits, with the exception of auditing their own area's of responsibility. All audit results are documented and issued to senior management.
